At Gourmet Food Merchant we love coffee! So when we decided to introduce coffee it had to be the best possible coffee we could make.
Our speciality coffee of choice is the house blend by Margaret River Roasting Co. When using such a premium bean it must be paired with premium milks, keeping it local with Bannister Downs, Milk Lab for alternative options and Bonsoy.
Making our espresso with a two group Steam by Slayer, the only two group in WA. This espresso machine is not only an industry leader but visually stunning.
